A Texas Man was booked today on the charges of Animal Cruelty and was placed in county jail. Next day when facing the judge,

Judge: Mr Sutton, You are being charged with the crime of Animal Cruelty. How do you plead?

Sutton: Not Guilty.

Judge: State is saying it has hard evidence and can prove you Guilty of the crime? Is that true?

Sutton: No Sir, It was cold out when i got off of work and while i was driving home after work my stomach stated hurting>

Judge: Ok

Sutton: I mean when it got home my stomach was hurting and something was Peeking.
I ran to the restroom!!!

That's when this story turns to tragedy, this is when the acts occurred. Mr. Sutton said when he sat down to use the facilities, the seat was so cold he squeezed his cheeks together and Cut the Turtles Head off. Not Guilty. (Collin voice) Burn that Mutha fghgfr…… ha ha Yeah...
